Pastor Rich summarizes previous study on Romans 7 and Romans 8:1-11, which are about the battle between flesh and Spirit.. One key to walking in the Spirit is to be consumed with God's love.

Another key to walking in the Spirit is to be baptized with the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 5:18 states we are to be Filled with the Holy Spirit. Apostle Paul says to not be drunk with wine but be filled with the Holy Spirit. Interesting that Paul uses this contrast. He then speaks of worship and joy. Clearly those filled with the Holy Spirit will be those who worship God and who have joy.

It is also interesting that in the context of this passage Paul ends with being humble. There should not be pride in regards to being filled with the Holy Spirit.
